Information only
General Information, Not Professional Advice
The content on this site is general information about water damage, mold, insurance and hiring contractors in Torrance, California. It is not legal, insurance, medical, engineering or professional construction advice, and it is not a substitute for an inspection of your home.
We try to keep facts accurate and link to official sources, but rules, prices and phone numbers change. Cost figures are national ranges or typical ranges, not quotes. Check anything important with your insurer, a licensed contractor, a lawyer, a doctor or the agency involved before you act on it. If you think there’s a safety risk, such as a gas leak, live wires in water or a sagging ceiling, leave the area and call 911 or your utility.
How calls work
How the Site Connects You With Providers
The site connects callers with independent, licensed third-party service providers in and around Torrance. We don’t do restoration, drying, mold or repair work ourselves, and we don’t employ the crews who do.
We don’t promise that a provider will be available at any given time, that a crew will arrive by a certain hour, or that any provider will accept your job. Phone lines can fail, and service can be interrupted.
Call recording
Call Recording Notice
Calls to (424) 300-7170 may be recorded and logged by us, our call tracking provider and the provider who receives your call. Records can include your phone number, the call’s date, time and length, and what is said. We use them to connect and track calls, check quality, settle disputes and pass your job details to the provider.
A recorded message may tell you at the start of the call that it may be recorded. By staying on the line, you agree to the recording. If you don’t want to be recorded, please hang up and email contact@torrancewaterdamagerestoration.com instead. Our Privacy Policy explains how long records are kept and how to ask for deletion.
No warranties
No Warranties
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or non-infringement.
We don’t guarantee that the site will be error free, secure or always available, and we don’t make any promise about the results, price or quality of any provider’s work.
Liability
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or property damage, arising from your use of the site, the phone line, or any provider’s work, advice or conduct. This applies even if we were told such damage was possible.
If we are found liable for anything despite these terms, our total liability to you is limited to $100. Some states don’t allow certain limits on liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree not to misuse the site. That includes making false or harassing calls, trying to break into the site, scraping its content in bulk, or using it for anything illegal.
Other sites
Links to Other Websites
The site links to outside websites, such as government agencies, insurance regulators and cost data publishers, so you can check facts yourself. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. A link doesn’t mean we endorse the site or the organization behind it. Our resources page lists the main sources we link to.
Law and changes
Governing Law, Changes and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.
We may update these terms at any time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page, and your use of the site after that means you accept the new terms. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.

Water in Your Home Right Now?
Shut off the water, take your photos, and call. A local crew will ask a few questions, give you a time, and start drying once you approve the work.
